I. 1000 series aluminum rod represents 1050, 1060, 1100 series. In all series 1000 series belongs to a series with the most aluminum content. The purity can reach above 99.00%. After heat treatment (T3, T4, T351), the mechanical properties of 2024 aluminum bar are significantly improved. Its T3 state parameters are as follows: tensile strength 470MPa, 0.2% yield strength 325MPa, elongation 10%, fatigue strength 105MPa, hardness 120HB.

3. 3000 series aluminum bars mainly represent 3003 and 3A21. Our country 3000 series aluminum rod production technology is relatively excellent. 3000 series aluminum bars are made of manganese. Content between 1.0-1.5, is a good rust - proof series.
4. 4000 series aluminum rod represents 4A01 4000 series aluminum rod belongs to the series with high silicon content. Usually the silicon content is between 4.5-6.0%. 5. 5000 series aluminum rod represents 5052, 5005, 5083, 5A05 series. 5000 series aluminum rod belongs to the more commonly used alloy aluminum rod series, the main element is magnesium, magnesium content between 3-5%. It can also be called aluminum magnesium alloy. The main characteristics are low density, high tensile strength, high elongation. Under the same area, the weight of al-mg alloy is lower than other series, and it is widely used in conventional industry. In our country 5000 series aluminum rod belongs to one of the more mature aluminum rod series.
6. 6061 is a cold processed aluminum forging product, suitable for corrosion resistance, high oxidation requirements of the application. Good usability, easy coating, good processability.
7. 7000 series aluminum rod represents 7075 mainly contains zinc element. Also belongs to aviation series, is aluminum magnesium zinc copper alloy, is heat treatment alloy, belongs to super hard aluminum alloy, has good wear resistance. 8. 8000 series of aluminum rod is more commonly used for 8011 belongs to other series, most of the application is aluminum foil, aluminum rod production is not commonly used.
